HVAC Lead Technician - Install
We are currently recruiting a licensed and experienced HVAC technician to join our team to service and install HVAC equipment for our growing client list in Oxford County and surrounding area.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure customers heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment meets or exceeds the Technical Standards & Safety Authority's codes and municipal building codes and standards
- Follow all Energy Star installation processes and/or procedures
- Educate customers on proper care and maintenance of their HVAC equipment
- Complete HVAC equipment inspections
- Maintain a clean, fully stocked equipment vehicle to be successful on the job site
Education / Experience / Skills
- A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC Installation experience
- Valid Gas Fitter/Refrigeration License
- G2 or G3 Gas Ticket an Asset
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract
- Clean criminal record
- Comfortable working from heights where applicable
- An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment or alone to complete an installation or repair
- Work with the customer to provide them the best customer service possible
- Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and on call
